New Town Elementary School is located in Baltimore County and part of the Northwest Area of Baltimore County Public Schools. New Town Elementary School opened its doors to students in September 2001. The school is a state of the art school serving students in grades Pre-K through Grade 5.  New Town Elementary is also a professional development school with Goucher College.

It is the mission of New Town Elementary School and its community to promote student achievement, celebrate diversity and create a nurturing and enthusiastic learning environment where lifelong learners will grow as productive members of society.
