New School Hours

9:15 a.m - Student may enter building
9:30 a.m. - Late Bell - Instruction Starts
3:25 p.m. - Latest time for students to be dismissed early
3:47 p.m. - Students at dismissal locations
3:55 p.m. - Car Rider and Bus Dismissal begin
4:05 p.m. - Walkers are dismissed
4:15 p.m. - ALL students must be picked up by this time.

New Town Elementary School is located in Baltimore County in the northwest part of the county.  We are part of Community Zone 3.

New Town Elementary School opened its doors to students in September 2001. The school is a state of the art school serving students in grades K through Grade 5. 

New Town Elementary is also a professional development school with Stevenson University.

Students at New Town Elementary participate in rigorous and responsive instruction that prepares them to meet the challenges and high expectations of college and career readiness. Our innovative teachers ensure learning through collaboration, critical thinking, communication, and creativity.
